Keith Martens
(Technical Consultant)
Keith Martens has had over 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector. He has worked throughout the world, basing himself predominantly in Canada and Australia. He has worked for companies such as Hudson’s Bay Oil and Gas, Marathon Petroleum, Santos, Tap Oil and Bow Energy. He has also contributed to a range of other oil and gas companies. Keith will be responsible for the technical evaluation of all JPR opportunities in Kazakhstan, as well as the coordination and interpretation of 3D seismic. He will work closely with David on all of JPR’s projects.
Sergey Sinitsin
(Business Development)
Sergey Sinitsin focuses on Business Development. Sergey has a well established network in the oil & gas sector and has access to excellent deal flow. A number of the opportunities that JPR has and is currently evaluating have come through Sergey’s network.
